GRC Access Control 10.1 User Name and ID Inconsistency in Reporting

Hello,

I am experiencing an inconsistency in GRC Access Control 10.1 when running the report "User to Role Relationship" in Access Management -> Role Mining.

The inconsistency comes after the job is ran, there are two types of scenarios in this report (this is all happening in the "User" column of the report); we really only want scenario #2 to occur:

1. User ID (User ID)

2. User ID (First Name, Last Name)

Where are the values "in brackets" coming from? I'm trying to find a solution that will return only a users full name in brackets. Can anyone help me?
