HI Nicole,

You are Running Crystal Reports Server or Designed ?

If you are running server then navigate to below location

• CMC >> License keys. Here you can see the expiry of the License and details about Named / Concurrent Users.

For Designer  :

• If you are using Designer it will not work. If the License key is not valid it will not allow you to open the tool.
