Crystal Reports

I can no longer export from Crystal Reports to PDF.  Crystal Reports Version 11.0.0.1284, Adobe Acrobat Version 2015.00.20079.  My Crystal software has never been registered as it used to be on a stand alone PC and the 30 day keycode has now expired.  Could you please let me know how to register my software or how to rectify the PDF problem?
