SRM Standard Workflow WS40000015 Error

Hi Guys,

We are getting error in both SC and PO for the Workflow WS40000015 at  "000310  ParForEach Decision" and getting below Error.

Error handling for work item 000029537609

Work item 000029537609: Object FLOWITEM method EXECUTE cannot be executed

Error when executing work item '000029537617'

Error when starting work item 000029537617

Error when executing work item '000029537617'

Please find below the screenshots.

Above error is happening for few SC and PO randomly, (not for all SC/PO).

We are using the standard templates, customization happens only to determine the approvals.
