Hi,
Few users in my organisation when connected via VPN launch the BOXI rich client are getting an error code 0x4f4f0001. Completed details of the error is attached in the screen shot.
However, when they disconnect the VPN and launch the rich client they do not get the error. I try to duplicate the same on my machine but it is working fine both ways.
Also, did the following steps on the machine giving the issue still getting the same error.
1. Checked the Firewall- disabled and then tried the Rich client.
2. Copied the win 32_x86 from the machine on which BOXI was working and pasted it on to other machine C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86
3. Disabled the Proxy
