We are having an issue with an application using Crystal XI R2. The application ran with out problems for several years on windows XP. Now, we are having to migrate the application to Windows 7 and it appears that the code hangs when trying to create the ReportDocument object. After searching online, it was suggested that we apply CR XI sp6. However, when I try to install CRYSTALREPORTS06_0-20008684.exe, I'm prompted for a license key. The one I have for the office version of CR XI does not work. Any suggestions for the ReportDocument object issue and the SP6 license key issue.
