Are out-of-sequence FI posting of payroll results allowed in SAP?
For example - Posting Document 1 has been creation for an off-cycle payroll run for one employeel and later in the day, Posting Document 2 is created for a different payroll run result for the same employee. At this point, both Posting Documents 1 and 2 are just in Created status.
If Posting Document 2 is first released and posted ahead of Posting Document 1 (which is older), should we expect an error message in SAP? Will SAP stop this out-of-sequence FI posting, or does it allow such procedure?
