you need apply new license for that you need get hardwarekey and installation number you will get that from command on C:\slicense it will show hardware key and installation number then go to marketplace
key and request--licence ley request new licence from there
there are two types of licences available temporary and maintenance license choose license and apply
sap will send you txt file you have to upload that form tcode SLICENSE then you can apply that txt file
tcode : SLICENSE
