I was haveing a bear of a time figuring out the cost/benefit of Crystal Reports 2011 hosted on Citrix vs Crystal Reports Server.

We have Developers acorss the world developing reports for their specific localized groups. These reports are then share via the Crystal Enterprise.
In POC (Proof of Concept): Crystal Reports 2011 and BI Platform 4.1
The endusers love the new BI Platform 4.1...
But the report builders/developers are up in arms over the licensing of Crystal Reports 2011. Figuring out the licensing 
for Named/Concurrent Crystal Reports 2011 has been hard to come by. Currently we are testing it shared via Citrix with a one to one for the named user licenses.
Question becomes, Does Crystal Reports 2011 have a concurrent license and where does the cost/benefit break even to jump to Crystal Reports Server for Web based report building. Our report builder count is expected to jump to about 100 if this goes live.
In case a SAP rep reads this, This platform is fighting to stay relevant vs an encroaching Cognos BI.
