We have a customer which has only on some PC's problems with the display of ü in SAP B1 item master data.
The item description includes an umlaut ü and behind this umlaut it shows a square (see attached screen shot)
Only a few user have this problem such with Windows XP and Windows 8 but not all of them.
Any help is appreciated.
