IDES ECC 6 System PSE Shows a Yellow Triangle

We have IDES instances, one of each flavor, on Windows 2012 x64 MS SQL Server and this problem only occurs on the ECC 6 E6I system - all the others work fine.  In STRUST and/or STRUSTSSO2, the entry on the left under System PSE shows a yellow triangle. I right click on the line reading System PSE and click replace.  It all seems to work correctly but the yellow triangle is still there.  When you hover your cursor over the yellow triangle, it shows Cannot create RFC connection.

This problem is making this instance all but useless - we can't patch or connect to other systems.  Help?
