Service PO : Heirarchy wise

Hi All,

I am using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create service PO with hierarchy.

Po has two line item say 10 & 20. Now in first line item 10 i am giving 5 services under hierarchy 1.1 and 2 services under hierarchy 1.2

For second line item 20 i am giving 5 services under hierarchy 1.1 and 2 services under hierarchy 1.2.

Although bapi is creation both the line item with services but populating services for only line item 10 and keeping line item 20 blank with no services reflecting.If somebody has worked on this scenario, kindly share code or can explain how to tackle this scenario.
