Customer A to customer B stock Transfer under same Plant & same Co code..

Dear SAP MM Guru's,

           Now my business demands to transfer the stock from one Customer to Another Customer under the same plant & Company code .

   1 ) while Transferring Stock Billing is happening between two customer's ,

   2)  for Example stock is moving from  one Customer / Store Stock type is stock type is Unrestricted Qty is 10 to another Customer / store ,stock type is Unrestricted Qty is  10.

Business Scenario if Customer A & B are there, Customer "A" has  Received  an Order from Consumer but he doesn't have Stock for particular Size with him so, instead of getting the order from company side or plant side immediately he will arrange from near by another Customer B / store B stock type is Unrestricted to Unrestricted only.

also  please Guide me how to create a New movement type.

Using T code OMJJ Movement Type from : 321 w to 981 w & 322 w to  982 w .

a)hi & all so please send which all the movement type's will update accounting document which are not .....?
