We logged in to CAL after installing the *designated product to use FSPRO Product Configurator. *The product we have installed is "SAP Best Practices for Insurance v1.6 - Powered by SAP HANA". Then we had some trouble with using FSPRO Product Configurator. We tried to use the product in the following way. 1.Make Instance active. 2.Access to the designated IP address with remote desktop. 3.Access to the FSPRO Product Configurator's URL which is mentioned on "PleaseReadme.1st, RC Connection Info.txt". 4.The message "This page can’t be displayed" appeared and failed to access to the URL. Although we could not access to the FSPRO's URL(which port number is 51080), we succeeded in accessing to the FSQUO's URL(which one is 52080). Would you give us some idea to solve this problem?
