Sorry if this is not the place to contact. At work we have Windows XP and now Windows 7 32 bit. We use "CrystalReport-Redist2005_x86.msi". Normally for years we have had no problems. Recently on a Win7 machine the right edge of a report is dropping off. Actually the pipes to the right are not seen but then they appear in the physical print out. I went to remove CR but get Installation Incomplete - The installer interrupted before Crystal reports for .NET Framework 2.0 (x86) could be removed. You need to restart the installer to try again". I do not have Visual Studios in Control Panel though I do in c:\program files. I tried putting the intsaller in c:\temp and c:\tmp but nothing helped. Can I simply remove the Business Objects\2.7 folder and clean up the registry? Is there a way to determine where CR installed itself from originanlly to put the installer there to try and then uinstall from there? Thanks
