Error: Server reports-mysql:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null

Hi,

I want to generate report and view using crystal reports. But seems i got this error. When i check catalina.out, i found this error > http://pastebin.com/LXUhxUCX.

Any idea how to fix this? Need to make new installation? Please give some advice.
