Broadcast Messaging on Webi Landing Page

I have a requirement to find a solution to enable the ability to broadcast messages on the users Webi Landing Page. We're looking to be able to communicate issues or new development announcements with our user community this way. Is there a feature in Webi to allow for this? An add on application?
