May be it's because as dutiful Send Another Payment (aka SAP) customers we're entitled to access freely and easily to support, the true value of which (shhh...just between us, heh?) is only access to notes when comes to troubleshoot an issue?
Or google indexes OSS notes somehow and I'm missing something here?
