As daily user of SAP Marketplace, I have noticed a lot of problem to connect or navigate correctly on One Support webpage.
I can't read SAP Note, open incidents. In others words, I can't work correctly.
Is it possible to know what is going on ? Is it linked to SAP HANA ? We never have any explanation. We never know when it is possible to connect.
Is there a second URL we can use when we have all these problems ?
I need answers...
