Standard workflow release strategy

Good afternoon Mr .

I set 2 standard workflows To use the FV60 transactions and F -47 this worked, liked the result , and I need to refine the approvers and would like to share with you my current need :

I need at certain levels of approval have approvers different areas , as it can ? as with this tie ?

=> workflow has 3 levels of approval,

     Level 1 = > 3 approvers

          Level 2 = > 3 approvers

               Level 3 = > 3 approvers

Since these approvers are in separate areas ( A, B and C )

to approve a particular demand , level 1 somenta need the approval of the approver What is the responsibility of the creator that below it and do not need the B or C ... how can tie and not submit for approval to the others?
