I'm trying to find an old incident, which has been created by my one of my co-workers. I have a link to the incident, and it still working. The ticket is back from 2012, but I'm not able to find the incident in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. I was reading a document, which was describing the new features of the launchpad, but it doesn't say anything about how to find old tickets created by your co-workers. I'm able to find old tickets by choosing the status confirmed & confirmed automatically and a system, but it looks like that it is only showing incidents, which are not older than 3 years. When I enter the name of a co-worker, or the incident number, I’m getting 0 results. Can anyone tell me, how to change the time frame, so I can display tickets older than 3 years, or how to search for incidents, if you have the name of the reporter or a number?
