When opening the incident from https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/smp/status/1,3,5,S,C it navigates to incorrect page.
For instance when opening incident 251269/2016 it navigates to https://s/e/rvice.sap.com/sap/support/messagee002007974700002512692016
It appends additional '/' in the URL and while removing it, website returns 'Not found' error.
It is happening for past couple of days. It used to work fine earlier. Are there any settings which need to be maintained to successfully open the incident.
I'm still able to open the incident successfully from old support portal https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/inbox/message_search.htm but I need the issue to be fixed, since the old portal is being retired in August 2016.
