Message IDCN000 when run IDCNBSAIS

Hello Expert,

we have installed EH7 and we active the business function in SFW5: FIN_LOC_CI_11 、FIN_LOC_CI_13、 FIN_LOC_CI_17.

we do not have new Gerneral ledger, but already did the customizing of financial statement version, from, and financial node assignment.

but when we run IDCNBSAIS, there is a error message  IDCN000.

there is no description of this message, does any expert konws what's the content of this message? and why it happens?
