Error : "An internal error occurred while calling the {answerPromptsEx} API. (Error:ERR_WIS_30270)" when scheduling WebI document in SAP BO BI 4.1

Hi All,

I an receiving the error "An internal error occurred while calling the {answerPromptsEx} API. (Error:ERR_WIS_30270)" when trying to schedule WebI document in SAP BO BI 4.1

According to SAP Note 1724492 this problem was already solved in BO 4.0 Support Pack 2 Patch 16, but it still happening in BO 4.1

This error happens only when I tried to change prompt values when scheduling a migrated report from BO XI 3.1 to BO 4.1

How can I solve this problem in BO 4.1?
