'MARIProject Record Lock' - how do i unlock???

I was working in a MariProject Project / Record and encountered problems so logged out.

Now when I try to use this Project/Record I am coming up with the following error:

'The requested record is locked. Since 25/04/2016 8:33:37am the requested record has been locked by the MARIProject user XXXX  XXXXX logged in to computer SAPB1 as the user XXXX.XXXX.

Once the lock is released, the form will close automatically''.

Please help!!!!
