I am trying to change password of another S-user in the new launchpad.support.sap.com
And I found this in the support portal.
Contact SAP Support for any password issues.
Note: For security reasons, user administrator can no longer change passwords for their company's S-users.
Is this true, does a message need to be raised with SAP every time someone needs a reset reset or user unlocking???
