Business View not showing in the repository in Crystal Reports 2011

I created a new Business View in Crystal Server 2011 but I cannot find it in the repository when I log in using Crystal Reports 2011.  I see the Business view in Business View Manager in the repository, but can't find the same business view in the explorer interface inside Crystal Reports 2011.

Did I miss a publishing step or something else that is required to make the object visible when I log into the repository using Crystal Reports 2011?

Are Business views not visible in Crystal Reports 2011 designer?
