Afternoon Experts!!
Virgin post here, so please forgive me if this is the incorrect place to log this content or if some of my details are worded incorrectly.
We have user's on our site that use the EPM add-in for Excel and have been told that this has now been upgraded to the latest version 2.1.3 and this is bunched under a add-in called "Analysis". A few of our users were quite happily using this add-in before one day they logged in and it stopped working. You would press the Log-on button, the cursor will start to circle and then ......nothing....
Legacy tech-guys have said the only solution to fix the issue is a rebuild of the users NT profile, but i dont buy this as the "only solution" (easy to swap than fix)

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit
Office: Professional Plus 2013 32-bit
EPM Add-in Ver: 2.1.3
EPM Service Pack Ver: SP3
.net Framework Ver: 4.5.2
**Hope i havent missed anything out - PLEASE HELP!! there must be a fix!**
My thoughts are , there must be a user file, like say a .dll, reg-key specific to the login, app file , that needs replacing, deleting , re-reg to fix the problem - but any ideas, advice will be welcome
