We have upgraded from Crystal 10 to SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise. Version 14.1.7.1853. Build 2013 Support Pack 7
Windows server 2003
SQL Server 2000
We can successfully create a new report connecting to a SQL database using ODBC.
However, if we open a pre-existing report (Created with Crystal 10 using the same ODBC connection), we can see the layout of the report, but if we try to change to the "Page" view, we get the following error message:
Logon error: [Microsoft][odbc sql server driver][SQL Server] Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL server connection.
It asks us to login to the ODBC, but this is still all we receive.
Any ideas/suggestions?
