To disable comment box while routing the PM form in PMGM

Hi

I need to remove the comment box while routing the document to next step. I selected the "Disable Ask for comment Routing" flag in the advanced settings of the PM from and removed the "DOC_COMMENT" token in email notification template settings. But still the comment box is coming while sending the form to the next step.

Is there any other feature to be disabled/enable in the in the form? Form is in pm V11 version.
