error when modifying the inventory

Hi,  I'm preparing a course for a group of peple and I'm dealing with Inventory. I really need your help. I'm only a SAP User not a consultant. 

When trying to eliminate the differences (I'm with an example using the data of SAP IDES DEMO) in the inventory (transaction MI07) I get the message from the system:

(No central cost associated with the postion 000002) (1000/233000).  I'm using the materials from centers 1000/1200 store 0001. Is there something wrong with the configuration? Is it related to FI?
