Combination without account assignment TR PO

Good Morning,

I am attempting to create a Purchase Order in ME23N in SAP Blueprint P-16 300, and it already has an established requisition and account assignment.  When I try to save the Purchase Order, it does not allow and gives the error prompt below.

Could someone please provide some insight on what could be the root cause of this error?
