I'm trying to create a test dashboard using the trial version of Crystal Dashboards. I'm wanting to connect to the existing BO Universes that I use daily. I can get to the Universe data source option, but not able to see of our webi universe folders. We currently have 20 or so folders, I'm only seeing 3.
When I select one of the 3 and try to connect, I get the following error message: COULD NOT CONNECT TO BUSINESS OBJECTS SERVER; check your network connection. (XLS 000003) Could not connect to BusinessObjects server; check your network connection. (XLS 000003) A request was cancelled. The necessary security privileges could not be verified. [R21ADAPTJ5043].
1. Is there a setting in the BI Central Management Console to allow me to make the connection to Crystal Dashboards...?
2. What needs to be done to be able to see all existing webi universes....?
