Hi Joe,
Is it specific to any particular report or its happening with all of them.
If it is happening for all of them please ensure you are running the Running Server Intelligence Agent(SIA) under DOMAIN account, which have read and write access to location where File repository is located. And if so then also cross check the Users/password is updated in the properties of it.
