Rest DocumentAPI - Reverse Path

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the Path tag when you retrieve a webi doc is reverse:

For instance in the CMC the webi docs would be located in /public folder/folder 1/sub-folder1 however when we retreive it via the rest document api the path tag shows /public folder/sub-folder1/folder 1/ ... this only happens when we use the promotion manager... if we create the structure in the env it is good

we are on 4.1 SP 3 Patch 2 and using mssql as the cms db
