System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {5EFA39FA-B2C4-4A6E-84D6-C3333D1A3D07} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

I am having an issue running a report in my application where I am getting this error (attached):

System.Runtime.InteropServices.ComException:Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {5EFA39FA-B2C4-4A6E-84D6-C3333D1A3D07} failed due to the following error: 80040154

I created and ran the report fine with CR11 on my Windows 7 machine.

My Web APP DEV machine is Windows 2012 Server.

I integrated the report with my Web app on my Windows 2012 server using Iron Speed Designer development tool running .NET3.5 and Visual Studio 2010. The project BIN folder has the three crystal reports DLLs (Engine, ReportSource and Shared).

Is there any pre-requisites to install on the WIN2012 machine to resolve this issue?
