Thanks. Ok, forget Infoview for a moment, and try to log on to the CMC. Now make sure to use "enterprise" as your authentication mechanism and logon as the actual 'administrator'. Does that work?
If so, go to CMC>Authentication>WindowsNT and hit 'update' do you get any errors?
BTW - do you mean "update data source settings" as the option in the CCM? If not can you send us a screenshot of that step?
