IOS VPP service token invalid file error Afaria 7

I have downloaded the .vpptoken from apple and upon uploading it to Afaria (7.00.6453.0) I get the error invalid file. The only information I could find on this issue was in this thread Invalid File Error when VPP token uploaded in Afaria .

I followed the instructions and decoded the token file using Base64 Decode and Encode - Online arranged the token from {"orgName":"xxx","expDate":"2016-09-29T15:48:03-0700","token":"xxx"} into this order {"token":"xxx","expDate":"2016-09-29T15:48:03-0700","orgName":"xxx"} and encoded it.

Now when I upload the newly encoded .vpptoken to Afaria it shows the Organization, expiration data and service token file correctly. As soon as I save the changes it shows nothing in the Organization, expiration data and service token file and shows Invalid file again.

Does anyone know how to get the vpp token uploaded correctly?
