No automatic unpacking and decrompression of .SAR Files

Hi all,

I want to implement support packages. Therefore I put the .SAR files into <<SID>>\sapmnt\trans. Then in the GUI I try to load the packages from the application server. On some of our systems the SAR files are not unpacked automatically but the system is telling me that there were no OCS files found. What do I have to do, so the unpacking starts automatically?
