Not getting option to export in flash(swf) format

Hi,

I am using SAP Crystal PresentationDesign 2013 SP01 (14.1.1.1036).

Flash player- Adobe flash player 18 activeX and adobe flash player 18 NPAPA

IE-8

Problem is i am able to work on the xcelsius but while trying to export export as Flash/ AIR/ HTML options are disabled. If i try to import in PDF or ppt format getting a blank document generated.

Please help as i am struck badly.
