I would like to ask if any of you here encountered B1 stops working when a certain customer equipment card is clicked. My client is using version 9.0 PL13. The scenario only for one equipment card added recently. All other CECs are working properly. We have no idea of what caused the error.
Do we need to upgrade to higher Patch numbers?
