PS Budget Allocated altough PO is fully invoiced

.Hello,

In our system for some PO's the system blockes the budget amount although the fully invoice indicator is set. We doubt it's relevant to PO unit of measure (RNB), but not sure. In fact the PO Amount is 178.000 € but GR is 98.595€ nad 80.244 € is still seen as open item in PS. We already ran CJEN and CJBN for those PO but for the WBS Element the remaining PO amount is still shown in commitment line items for the project.

Could somebody help on that issue?
