New and old reports no longer show full list of tables available. We were able to verify the ODBC connections, and we queried with MS Access and were able to see the full list of tables, clearly this appears to be an issue with Crystal Reports.
Options in CR were checked and set to show tables other items such as stored procedures were not checked. We don't need to see the stored procedures and didn't want to take up space on the list with those items, that worked previously but not this time.
We have set the regedit hotkeys to show more lines, this didn't work.
We reinstalled Crystal 11.5.10.1263, did not accomplish anything.
We are a large organization that has used crystal reports for years, nothing has changed in our system except Crystal Reports is not showing the full list of tables anymore.
This happening on multiple machines, but not all Crystal Reports users are having this issue. We are seeing this on Windows 7 Enterprise pc's as well as at least one Windows XP machine.
Any suggestions outside of paying more for an updated version of Crystal Reports?
