Run Crystal Report using VB6 application

Hi,

I use a VB6 application to run Crystal report XI on a Windows 7 desktop.  The application run fine for 3-4 years now.  Recently our users received the

error as described below:

"Query Engine Error: Cannot obtain error from the server

Failed to open a rowset

Error in file

C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\crystalreportfilename{098908..........}.rpt:

Query Engine Error"

I have researched but could not find a solution.

Please help.
