We are using handling unit creation (Automate and Creation method) by using Std. POP1 and POF1 method. This will help us to process the Handling Unit inclucing modification during packing (inserting empty boxes on pallet) or even spliting the material Batchs in different pallets. However the Qty system use to pack the pallet (Material into shipper and subsequent pallet as per the master Date) the unit is picked from Additional Unit of measure.
for example in material master we maintianed 1 KG = 8333 Tablets. and in one container 10 KG is inserted, hence system calculates 1 container as 83330 Tablets as per the standard calculation.
Now our requirement is, each batch has actual weight and the tablets may vary per KG for batch. So the production person maitnain the actual weight in out customized filed i.e. Classification date in Batch Master. so for XYZ batch, the classification data maitnained as 8313 Tablets per KG.
Now during handling unit /Packing, we required 83130 Tablets to be packed in one container instead of 83330 Tablets.
Please guide us way forward. which enhancement / Badi is useful for this change (Picking of Qty).
