Large Change Master Help!!

I am wondering if you could help me? I creating a change master and I’m wanting to add a list of 805 items to the Material BOM tab, under objects, so I can then perform a mass change. The list is currently in Excel format at the moment. How would be fastest way to add the list in excel to the objects list in SAP? Many Thanks
