SAP B1 9.0 PL11
Installed Symantec.Cloud on SAP server. It detected a piece of software that we used previously for remote access to the server, determined it was a threat, and automatically removed it. Upon reboot, when the server came back up, the license server service was no longer installed.
I open SAP B1 Service Manager, locate the License Manager Service in the drop down menu, and the "Start, Pause, and Stop" buttons are disabled. An error at the bottom of the screen reads: Error 1060: The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
I'm tempted to run setup.exe within the Server Tools folder to re-run that portion of the installation, but I do not want this to negatively affect the install, as this is directly on the server and affects the entire enterprise.
Please advise.
