Special characters (ex: m²,P³,H₂O₂) not updating in out puts

Hello SAP GURUS,

Special characters not updating in COA.

I have a scenario where in I wanted my long text which is maintained in Inspection plan (MIC long Text) should be appearing in COA output.

I have successfully pulled the data from MIC long text to COA out put, but not getting the special characters which are maintained in inspection plan at MIC level. I can only see the # symbol instead of special characters in the output.if there is any note can be applied for these, please let know.
