Crystal Reports 2013 SP1 gives 50190 error when accessing Salesforce

We use Crystal Reports to access Salesforce objects, and local excel files at the same time.  The first time I refresh my reports with Salesforce all of my reports give the following error: 

Failed to retrieve data from the database.

Details:  HY000:[Simba][Support] (50190) error creating temporary swap file name.
[Database Vendor Code:50190]

So the reports do not refresh.

If I simply make a copy of my CrystalReport.rpt and refresh it runs just fine.  Everytime I have to copy my report and refresh.  Like it needs a new time stamp.  Very annoying.

Any ideas?
