Invoice date is not as Start date of Invoice Plan

Our Requirement is to post the Invoice on 02/04/2015. Invoice date is getting posted as current date of MRIS. We have run the MRIS on 02/16/2015 and Invoice and Posting date for the Invoice is 02/16/2015.

Can you please explain although we run the MRIS on Future date like 02/16/2015 Invoice date should be the start date of the Invoicing plan like 02/04/2015. Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.
